TCCS presents The Chronicles of Blue and Gray
This collection of songs reflecting on the conflict within our country’s borders during the Civil War. The songs display the division of a young nation and the strength of the leaders who brought it back together. Songs also reflect on the devastation and the memorialization of those who lost their lives over injustices and political conflicts. This “musical” by John Purifoy has become one of the most requested repeat performances ever by TCCS.
In addition, the TCCS Ensemble will perform Randall Thompson's "Testament of Freedom".
